Honor and (Shamrock) Pride

The $430 million Honor Credit Union in St. Joseph, Mich., is a proud sponsor of the Shamrock Pride T-shirts children are encouraged to wear each Friday at Berrien Springs Public Schools. The front of the shirts sport the words “Shamrock Pride” and the back says “This is Shamrock Country.” It’s the third year the 38,400-member credit union has partnered with the schools to provide shirts to all the kindergarten through eighth-grade students.

“We are glad to help the kids show off their school spirit and pride in their community and humbled to be asked by the schools to participate,” said Scott McFarland, Honor Credit Union CEO.  “Our local schools continue to be the cornerstone of the communities we serve and we a proud to serve them.”
