Share One said the $55 million, 9,200-member Telco Credit Union in Tarboro, N.C., plans to convert to the NewSolution core processing platform from the Memphis, Tenn., CUSO.
Telco CU President/CEO Charles Johnson said the decision was made after testing competing core systems in a simulated environment.
“We want to take full advantage of the system, and we feel that now and in the future, the resources will be there for us,” Johnson said. He said the credit union is now eyeing creating a relationship account using its new platform’s NSQuery report writing capabilities.
