The Washington-based consultancy said the site includes a “read-and-watch” feature to help track market trends, a “search-and-analyze” tool to gain information on a credit union’s past and current performance, and a component for conferences and press releases.
“The idea is to use all the channels in combination to produce the best result,” said Alix Patterson, COO of Callahan & Associates. “We assume the work of collecting the data, conducting the basic performance analysis, researching trending strategies and providing a credit union-focused space for communication."

The firm announced an ownership expansion in June in an effort to expand and develop new strategies for serving the credit union community.
