Share One said the $71 million Northern Communities Credit Union of Duluth, Minn., plans to convert to its NewSolutions core processing system in October.
Share One said Northern Communities CU scrutinized five core processors in its RFP process before selecting the Memphis, Tenn., CUSO, which now has nearly 90 credit union clients and its first in Minnesota.
Larry Champeaux, president/CEO at Northern Communities CU, said, “We plan an aggressive product offering that will include mobile banking with remote deposit capture, a personal financial management system, and other electronic services so we can be more relevant in this competitive environment.”
The 7,850-member Northern Communities currently runs on the Fiserv Spectrum platform, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
