Xtend Inc. has added a new owner, re-elected two board members and reported record attendance at the CUSO’s 10th annual stockholders meeting.
The $65 million, 9,500-member Oak Trust Credit Union of Naperville, Ill., is the 66th owner and third from Illinois for the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CUSO, Xtend officials said.
Xtend President Scott Collins said the credit union’s decision to invest followed its using Xtend’s call center and back office services while Oak Trust converted to the CU*BASE core processing system from CU*Answers, a partner CUSO of Xtend in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Meanwhile, Collins said, more than 100 credit union professionals attended the June 19 stockholders meeting at a Grand Rapids country club.
The session was facilitated by board chair Steve Searfoss of the $58 million AAA FCU in South Bend, Ind., and included the re-election of two board directors to three-year terms. They were David Keim, CEO of the $38 million Western Districts Members CU, and Brian Turmell, CEO of the $79 million AAC CU, both in Grand Rapids.
Xtend said it now provides more than 140 credit unions with its managerial, operational, marketing, technical planning and consulting services.
