The $4.9 billion Citizens Equity First Credit Union in Peoria, Ill., has picked Document Express Inc. of Palatine, Ill., to provide document preparation services, the company and credit union said.
DX said its EliteDocs platform will fully integrate with CEFCU’s lending software, and the credit union cited ease of use, compliance guarantees and the ability to maximize its lending output as reasons for choosing the solution over three competitors it also reviewed.
“DX’s EliteDocs software will allow us to streamline our mortgage process which will improve efficiency,” said Sara Blackburn, head of First Mortgage Operations at CEFCU.
DX said it now has 20 credit union clients.
