About 40 students from Roosevelt Senior High School made the short trip up Capitol Hill to attend a “financial reality fair” put on by the National Credit Union Foundation on March 21 during CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference. The fair was held in Caucus Room in the Cannon Office Building and included hands-on work on doing basic household budgeting and resisting the temptations that can derail the best-laid plans.
