Trailblazer Awards Reception at GAC: Slide Show
Catching up with friends from other credit unions was a highlight of the evening.
So was sitting around with them in the reception at the Renaissance across from the Washington Convention Center.
First some fiddling around from the night's musical entertainment, then on to the awards.
CO-OP Financial Services CEO Stan Hollen, whose company sponsored the event, helped get the awards presentations going.
Credit Union Times Publisher Tom Greve addressed the group during the awards presentation.
Kathryn Davis of Xceed Financial Credit Union in California was the Marketing Executive of the Year.

Kyle Markland of Affinity Plus FCU in Minnesota was the CEO of the Year for 2012.
Volunteer of the Year was Terry Richardson of Pioneer West Virginia FCU.

Erika Bell, vice president at Latino Community Credit Union in Durham, N.C., represented her credit union as it received the Outstanding Service to the Underserved Award.
