Alliance CU Welcomes Babies to Work

Effective March 1, Staffers Were Allowed to Bring Their Babies to Work

Alliance Credit Union has a few new cute bundles of joy on site.

Effective March 1, staffers at the over $345 million credit union were allowed to bring their babies to work.

Parents at the San Jose, Calif.-based credit union will now be able to enjoy many of their baby’s firsts with the launch of the “Babies in the Workplace” program.

According to Alliance CU, beyond the obvious baby bonding benefits, the program will help alleviate the cost of childcare for the first several months while also reducing staff shortages and temporary staffing during pregnancy and childcare related leaves of absences.
