More than 400 bowlers occupied 80 lanes at Expo Bowl earlier this month when the $1.3 billion Indiana Members Credit Union held its fourth-annual bowl-a-thon employee fundraising event. Highlights included an appearance by Boomer, the Indiana Pacers mascot, pictures by caricature artists and a best-decorated T-shirt contest. The event raised more than $20,000 for the Indiana Members Foundation, which this year has a goal of raising enough funds to provide 3,500 backpacks filled with supplies for Indianapolis area schoolchildren when next fall rolls around.
