Albert
People First Federal Credit Union Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey Albert has been promoted to president/CEO.
He succeeds longtime CEO Francis Muto, who retired June 30 after serving the $375 million Allentown, Pa.-based credit union for 37 years.
Albert got his start at People First in 1990 and over the years his responsibilities have ranged from marketing, sales and service culture, and electronic services to operations and new product development. In addition, he implemented strategic objectives which expanded People First’s branching and ATM networks, and increased membership growth through the conversion process to a community charter.
