CMC FLEX Touts Core Signings

Two more credit unions have committed to the FLEX core processing platform, the Sandy, Utah, company said.

They are the $21 million Tri-Cities Community FCU in Kennewick, Wash., and the $16 million Local Union 354 IBEW of Salt Lake City.

Tri-Cities Community FCU currently is a Fiserv CUSA core processing customer and Local Union IBEW 354 runs on an Open Solutions Inc. platform, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.

“With almost every credit union that we transition to FLEX, we are told that the conversion is due to direct savings in IT resources,” said Sean Holcomb, senior vice president of Computer Marketing Corp.’s FLEX operation, which said it now serves nearly 300 credit unions.
