The NCUA has prohibited Brian Zimmerman, the former manager of the now-defunct LEBCO Educators FCU in Lebanon, Pa. from prohibiting in the affairs of federally insured financial institutions.
The agency said that Zimmerman denied any fault but “consented to a prohibition order to avoid the time and expense of litigation.”
The NCUA didn’t state what Zimmerman was accused of doing and a check of the archives of area newspapers didn’t reveal any information.
Earlier this year, the $6 million credit union merged with the $366 million Belco Community CU in Harrisburg, Pa.
