Simon, Glasso Adds Dallas Office

The suburban Detroit law firm of Simon, Glasso & Frantz PLC – representing credit unions, CUSOs and banks – said it is expanding to Texas with the addition of a Dallas office.

The Troy, Mich. law firm announced this week it has hired senior attorney David Stephan to handle a growing “bank litigation practice.”

“We are pleased to be able to work on Texas matters for our clients,” said Frank R. Simon. He said the firm maintains offices in New York, Chicago and the Toledo suburb of Maumee, Ohio, concentrating on loan documentation, bankruptcy, collections, real estate and commercial lending.

The firm said it also represents two CUSOs, Commercial Alliance and Cen Corp Business Solutions.
