Oxford Federal Credit Union Converts to Symitar Episys Core

Maine Credit Union WIll Run System Through Synergent Service Bureau

Synergent Technology Services said it has converted the $135 million Oxford Federal Credit Union to a Symitar Episys core processing system through the service bureau run by the subsidiary of the Maine Credit Union League.

The conversion took place on May 1 for the 15,700-member credit union with offices in the Maine communities of Mexico and Norway.

Oxford FCU had been running on a Fiserv XP2 platform, according to creditunions.com’s Technology Survey.

The conversion process included six weeks of training for Oxford FCU staff provided by Synergent.
