Australia CU Picks Fiserv Platforms

Queensland Teachers' Credit Union in Brisbane Converting from Older Fiserv Core

A credit union with 15 branches around the Australian state of Queensland is the latest announced credit union win by Fiserv Inc.

The Brookfield, Wis., company said the $1.1 billion Queensland Teachers’ Credit Union in Brisbane will be converting to its Aperio customer channel management and Teller from Fiserv branch teller and transaction processing solutions. QTCU has been using the company’s Signature bank platform since 1999, Fiserv said.

"We chose to add Aperio and Teller to our technology suite because we feel both solutions will improve our efficiency and, as importantly, enhance our member experience," said Mike Murphy, CEO at QTCU.

The new solutions will provide a single view of members for more targeted servicing and sales as well as quicker software development, reduced cost of ownership and faster time to market with new product offerings, the company said.
