The NCUA will host a free webinar on May 26 to discuss exam issues related to current allowance for loan and lease losses.
The session will highlight best practices in the area and cover the following subjects: review interagency supervisory policy; current economic environment and trends; current examination issues in this area; and factoring qualitative and environmental adjustments into allowance for loan and lease loss methodology.
NCUA Chief Economist John Worth, NCUA Senior Economist Ralph Monaco and NCUA Problem Case Officer Elizabeth DiNapoli will make presentations at the webinar.
The webinar runs from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET and is now accepting registration online.
