Allied Solutions LLC of Carmel, Ind., said it has purchased Alamo Financial Insurance Services Inc. of San Francisco and made its president the company’s new regional sales vice president in northern California.
Kevin Anderson brings with him more than 40 client relationships and significant experience among credit unions, according to Allied Solutions President Pete Hilger. Anderson will join client development manager Jamy Adams in that office, Allied Solutions said.
“We look forward to building the business in northern California,” Anderson said.
Terms were not announced. Allied Solutions said it now provides insurance, lending, marketing and technology-based products and services to more than 4,000 financial institutions through more than 20 regional offices and service centers nationally.
