Banc Intranets LLC of Johnson City, Tenn., said the $253 million Family Trust Federal Credit Union of Rock Hill, S.C., has agreed to use the company’s enterprise content management intranet.
The BancWorks solution will be used to improve communication, reduce paper usage and improve employee productivity, the credit union said.
"We realized that our information, policies and procedures are located in various locations such as our public server, our current intranet, and individual department SharePoint pages. It makes it very challenging to keep the most up to date info," said the six-branch, 41,000-member credit union’s community relations coordinator, Kendra Collins.
Banc Intranets said it has 150 clients, and 20 of are credit unions.
