The $147 million Industrial Credit Union in Boston is moving its core processing business from Open Solutions Inc. to an Open Solutions outsourcing partner, COCC of Avon, Conn.
Industrial CU cited integrated solutions and the company’s client ownership for its decision.
COCC provides the Open Solutions platform under its INSIGHT label to more than 165 financial institutions, including about 40 credit unions.
The 2,400-member ICU was founded in 1910 and is the nation’s first community chartered credit union.
