South Carolina Federal Credit Union, the $1.3 billion cooperative of North Charleston, recently redesigned its online banking home page.
In an effort to provide its members better access to the information they need, the credit union has focused on displaying key banking features right after the users log in.
Some such features are account history; transfer access; FinanceWorks (powered by Quicken); bill pay; and “SimplePerks.” The latter is a new program for users of the credit union’s debit card that will let them activate special offers online, shop at stores and restaurants where the offer was activated, and see cash deposited back in their checking account at the end of the following month.
The credit union has also provided its online banking members with the option to revert to the old version of the page, if they prefer.
