AOD Adds Mobile

The 27,700 members of the $213 million AOD Federal Credit Union can now take advantage of mobile banking.

The Anniston, Ala., credit union’s new service includes balance and transaction viewing via text messaging and added account transfer and bill pay for members using Web-enabled phones.

AOD FCU worked with its online banking vendor, Intuit Financial Services, to create the service and said just over 700 of its approximately 6,500 active Internet bankers have signed up so far.
