South Carolina Federal Credit Union is helping members do more good in their local communities.
Members of the North Charleston, S.C.-based credit union can now donate their rewards points to local nonprofit organizations. Through CharityChoice Gift Cards, members can designate their debit and credit card rewards points to the nonprofit organization of their choice.
CharityChoice has a list of more than 100 different nonprofit organizations, including 25 in South Carolina to choose from. The donations, which can be made online at curewards.com, are 100% tax-deductible.
