Dwolla Corp. of Des Moines, Iowa, is now offering its peer-to-peer online and mobile cash system to financial institutions nationwide.
The P2P service offers 25-cent transfers regardless of amount and includes integration with Facebook and Twitter.
The service, backed by The Members Group and The Veridian Group, is intended to give credit unions and community banks entry to the P2P market for both consumers and businesses.
The secure transactions don't involve direct access to sender personal information and will use TMG's payment processing channels, the CUSO and company said.
