Credit Union On-Line Inc. said its 23 credit unions are now all offering their members Internet banking service through Fiserv's Virtual Branch suite.
The Waltham, Mass., operation-the only service bureau provider of the Fiserv XP2 core processing solution-said the process of deploying Virtual Branch to its client base is now complete, including converting some of the customers from Fidelity's Premier home banking solution.
CUOL's clients-23 small credit unions in eight states across the country-also can now offer CheckFree bill pay and mobile banking. The conversion project began in March 2009, said CUOL President/CEO Connie Boretti.
"With Virtual Branch, credit unions can save money and time, and still provide members with a safe, reliable, flexible service that allows members to conduct their banking online or through a mobile device," Boretti said.
