More than a thousand natural person credit unions using WesCorp or Southwest Corporate for branch capture solutions are being offered free upgrades and transition services from the software provider.
"We are taking the lead from the NCUA Corporate System Resolution Plan and doing whatever we can to guarantee the continuity of payment services to credit unions and members," said Hal Tilbury, CEO and founder of Bluepoint Solutions in Vista, Calif.
"The goal of the program is to allow these credit unions to continue using our solution that they know and trust without having to retrain their employees or make an additional financial investment," Tilbury said.
He said more than 1,000 credit unions are running his company's branch capture solution through the two corporates.
Credit unions using corporates for Bluepoint Solutions can immediately license directly with Bluepoint with no service interruption or additional cost and get a free upgrade to the latest version of its check capture software, Tilbury said.
