Share One Holds a Client Confab
Share One Inc. held its recent client conference in hometown Memphis, Tenn., attracting 56 attendees from 35 credit unions, the CUSO said.
The conference focused on the core processor's flagship NewSolutions core processing system and included sessions with Share One programmers and others for clients to share their best practices, including CEOs Cathy Sloan of the $28 million United Catholics CU in West Covina, Calif., and Linda White of $40 million United Health CU in Burlingame, Calif., discussing their in-house credit card programs.
Steve Sercu, information technology manager at the $419 million University CU in Los Angeles and Jerry Williams, senior vice president/chief financial officer at the $1.2 billion Eglin FCU in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., hosted the users group portion of the September gathering and led discussions on topics such as regulations, mobile banking and managing a virtual environment.
Next year's conference will be Oct. 16-19 and will be planned based on feedback from this year's conference and client input, said Daryl Tanner, president/CEO of Share One, which provides core processing and other services to about 65 credit unions.
