City Credit Union in Dallas, Texas, has become the 200th user of the employee intranet portal from Passageways, LLC.
Passageways, a CUSO of the $617 million Purdue Employees FCU in West Lafayette, Ind., said it also now has more than 400 credit unions and banks using its new Verona community portal platform with 200 more expected to join in the next few weeks.
"I really like that Passageways is part of a CUSO that wants to support the future growth of the credit union movement. I also like how all of the employees from the president on down are accessible and really want to help your credit union to be successful with the product," said David Frith, CIO at the $214 million City CU.
Paroon Chadha, Passageways vice president and co-founder, said new features added to the community portal of late include "micro-blogging," activity feeds, the ability to follow someone, a commenting tool and a "like" button.
