Clinton to Stump for Kanjorski
For the second consecutive election cycle Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D-Pa.) is bringing in former President Bill Clinton to provide a last-minute boost to his reelection campaign.
Clinton will be speaking at a rally for Kanjorski tomorrow night at Greater Naticoke High School in Naticoke, Pa.
Kanjorski, who has been in office since 1985 and is one of the strongest supporters of credit unions in Congress, faced a strong challenge from Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta, whom Kanjorski defeated in 2008 and 2002.
Several recent polls show Barletta defeating Kanjorski and many election analysts rate the race as a toss up.
