PSCU Financial Services has added person-to-person (P2P) payment functionality to its PayLynx online bill payment platform.
More than 60 credit union clients of PSCU have already signed up for the service, which uses the ZashPay solution from Fiserv Inc. to securely transmit or receive money using existing banking accounts, e-mail and mobile phone numbers, the big CUSO said.
Recipients at participating institutions receive a direct deposit while others claim their money at www.ZashPay.com.
The PayLynx online bill payment solution is now used by more than 475 financial institutions. Fiserv said its ZashPay service, meanwhile, has been launched by more than 200 financial institutions.
