Boosting Engagement

Boosting knowledge and productivity and employee and volunteer engagement is the focus of this year's CUNA Experience Living Live! conference, to be held Oct. 21?23 in San Diego.

The conference will cover how to deal with members and take advantage of market opportunities, creating a high-energy culture of engagement, and taking a closer look at the people side of project management.

The speakers featured include Andy Janning, FORUM Credit Union vice president of training and quality service; Kirk Weisler, author of The Dog Poop Initiative; Paul Wesselmann, creator of the Ripples Project; and Lou Russell, CEO of Russell Martin & Associates.

CUNA has also launched an ELL Idol Search, where two lucky credit union human resources and training professionals will have a chance to present their own session at ELL. Entering is as easy as applicants e-mailing or mailing, by Sept. 30, a five-minute video pitch of what they'd like to present.
