Tenet Federal Credit Union of Anaheim, Calif., is now running its core processing through a service bureau operation 3,000 miles away in Waltham, Mass.
The $48 million Tenet had been an in-house user of the Fiserv XP platform and is now one of 23 users of the data center operated by Credit Union On-Line Inc., the company and credit union said.
Tenet CU decided to move its core technology operations online to better serve its 14,000 members at healthcare facilities nationwide, the credit union said.
The company said it now has credit unions in eight states using its center, the sole provider of the Fiserv XP2 platform in a service bureau setting.
