NAFCU Partners With Business Professionals Network

In a new partnership, NAFCU is providing a way for CPAs to earn their continuing professional education credits.

NAFCU is partnering with Business Professionals' Network Inc. to give CPAs access to the network's new Bankers Education Development Network.

BEDN brings live webcasts to accountants through its Accounting Continuing Professional Education Network, which provides NASBA-accredited continuing professional education credits for accountants and CPAs.

"ACPEN's robust course catalog gives accounting professionals numerous opportunities to get informed and up-to-date on the topics that matter most to them while supporting their CPA certification," said NAFCU President Fred Becker. "This partnership is a natural extension of our commitment to meeting the ongoing needs of a variety of professionals in the credit union industry."

A catalog of over 200 online courses scheduled between now and spring 2011 is available online.
