Executive Compensation Solutions has issued a call to participants for its 2010 employee and executive compensation and benefits survey for credit unions.
"We are driving hard to get larger numbers of participation this year," said ECS Principal/CEO Alec Berkman. "Larger numbers mean more meaningful data. We want to provide the credit union movement with the best possible resource we can."
The survey, which is in its seventh year, is designed to help senior management and credit union boards in determining competitive compensation and benefits.
This year ECS has partnered with Credit Unions for Kids, a program of the Children's Miracle Network, as the benefactor of its charity campaign. For each credit union that completes the questionnaire, ECS will donate $10 to Credit Unions for Kids. In addition, ECS has challenged its clients, other credit unions, and business partners to make matching contributions through a Friends program.
