IMN Names Capp As New VP

Strategic marketing of the Credit Union On and Banking On e-communications solutions from IMN will now be under the control of a new executive, the company said.

Craig Capp will assume the title of vice president of banking services at the Waltham, Mass., firm, which said it now has more than 3,000 users of its multimedia e-mail and e-newsletter services.

Capp has more than 20 years of experience in profitability and cross selling analysis and strategies for credit unions and banks, IMN said, and most recently was vice president of strategic solutions for Raddon Financial Group in Lombard, Ill.

He also has held executive roles at Harland Financial Solutions and MapInfo Corp. developing and selling CRM and MCIF solutions and growth strategies.

"Craig's expertise when it comes to analytical research and helping financial institutions to capitalize on their relationships with customers makes him a valuable asset to IMN and its users," said Kimo Kong, vice president of sales and marketing at IMN.
