RTE Financial Services, a reseller of Web-based software, has aligned with business services CUSO Small Business America in a promotion and marketing pact.
Under the agreement, RTEfs will promote and market the CUSO's products and services in the credit union market. Small Business America provides underwriting, documentation, servicing, participation management, portfolio services and consulting for business services.
Mike Hales, president of Small Business America, said "We see no reason to impose equity requirements or membership fees on credit unions who understand the benefits of economies of scale and scope that we offer."
Small Business America is a subsidiary of Ada, Mich.-based CUSO Development Co. LLC, which was formed in 2006 to provide mortgage lending products.
