Invest in America has added another partner to the program, participating credit unions can now give members access to more than 1,200 online merchants through the online mall Shop America.
Access to the online mall will be provided through lovemycreditunion.org. The partnership allows credit unions to provide members up to 15% discounts from vendors such as Apple, Target, Best Buy, Gap, Barns & Noble and Office Depot. Members will get a check mailed to them when they accumulate more than $10 of cash back value.
"Invest in America's suit of member-benefits programs continues to grow and encourage support for American-owned businesses," said CUcorp President David Adams. "Bringing difference merchants together through Shop America creates a backbone for the whole Invest in America program."
Members using the Shop America site will be able to search by product and view prices from different merchants to select the best deal.
