Boston-based financial research and consulting firm Celent has teamed up with CUNA. The partnership extends Celent's footprint into the credit union market while providing CUNA's affiliated credit unions with access to the firm's research at reduced rates.
"Celent has found that credit unions tend to be at the leading edge of use of technology and customer centricity," said Bart Narter, senior vice president of Celent's banking group. "Working together with CUNA will help us and CUNA better understand best practices."
