About 50 credit unions are now using CO-OP Financial Services' new multi-mode mobile banking platform after the recent completion of its official launch.
The CUSO had already been offering downloadable applications for iPhones, BlackBerrys and other devices and now has added text banking and Web browser capabilities that allow members to verify balances, view transaction history and transfer funds among their accounts.
Credit unions can choose to use any or all of the delivery options through its new Multi-Mode Platform, according to the California-based provider of ATM, debit processing, shared branching, check imaging, mobile payments and banking and other services to about 3,000 credit unions.
