The American Airlines Federal Credit Union Web site (aacreditunion.org) has a new look and feel.
The revamp, which was based on research and member feedback on their site experience expectations, focused on creating a more user-friendly experience to deliver on the credit union's "Benefits Beyond Banking" promise.
In addition to easier navigation, some of the new features range from a Resource Center filled with financial-planning information that allows members to manage their money all in one place, to a text size controller, which allows members to increase and decrease the text size to suit their needs.
In addition, members will now have access to a wide variety of tools, including widgets and rate calculators, designed to help them make the right choices based on their current situation.
The site also includes an ATM/Branch locator with enhanced search results/features so members can locate a particular branch or ATM on a map which can then be downloaded to their Web-enabled mobile phone.
