Smaller credit unions can now free up some more staff time from ATM management, thanks to a new tool from Morphis, a software firm specializing in cash management.
The new tool, called MorphisONLINE/ATMCash, brings the software tools that the firm has generally supplied to much larger banks and credit unions that drive a lot of ATMs down to those to CUs that may only drive one, two or three machines.
"Some banks and credit unions need to manage as few as one or two ATMs. MorphisONLINE/ATMCash meets those needs," said Gary Faulkner, chief marketing officer of Morphis. "And with pricing that starts at just $50 per month"
Many smaller CUs that don't drive many ATMs have one staff person who is almost tied to a spread sheet to help them record the machine's cash flow and predict how much the machines will need for a given time period, Faulkner explained. "Our tool is a browser-based system that takes care of all that."
