Filene Looking for Board Feedback

The Filene Research Institute is taking a closer look at effective board governance and needs input from current and former credit union board members.

Filene and researchers at the Clarkson Centre for Board Effectiveness at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, want to identify current strengths and weaknesses of credit union boards and directors, while highlighting governance trends over the past five years.

A report summarizing the findings will be available in Summer 2010.

The survey will be open through Wednesday, March 24th and interested board members can enter the password filene to access the 20-minute, online-only survey at http://SurveyofCreditUnionDirectors.questionpro.com.
