Ent Federal Credit Union said its new branch and ATM locator application for iPhones has been downloaded more than 150 times in its first month of use.
The app uses the iPhone's GPS functionality to connect to Google maps and display the closest of the Colorado Springs, Colo., credit union's 27 service centers or ATMs, as well as that of shared branches or CO-OP Network ATMs around the country.
The application also displays hours and additional unique member service features such as free coin counter or instant issue debit card capability for the $3 billion credit union's own centers. Direct phone contact also is provided from the app, the credit union said.
