Jwaala Bolsters Client List, Alert Channels

Ten more credit unions have signed on as users of the MoneyTracker PFM personal finance management solution from Jwaala, the company said.

The Austin, Texas, firm said it also has added Twitter and Skype alert functionality to its online banking solution, MoneyTracker BOB (Better Online Banking.).

The expanded alert services use private messaging within the company's MoneyTracker BOB (Better Online Banking) application.

"We want our platform to allow members to choose a channel that fits their desires whether that's Twitter or Facebook, text message, RSS, email or something else," said Kelly Dowell, chief operating officer at Jwaala.

The company now serves 36 credit unions and offers online banking with integrated account aggregation, PFM, consumer remote deposit, secure document repositories, widgets and customizable alert options.
