It's time to meet Beth and Paige, the personalities of Bethpage Federal Credit Union's new rebranding effort.
Joining the ranks of Apple's Mac and PC or Progressive's Flo, the two characters are part of a multimedia campaign designed to help Bethpage FCU build awareness of its convenience and service.
To bypass the common misperceptions associated with credit unions and get consumers in the door, the television spots wrap with just the word Bethpage and the new tagline, You'll Love Banking Here. In addition, rather than the typical banking blue found at the other local financial institutions, Bethpage's logo is now a teal with its signature heart in a bright orange.
While missing from the commercials, the words credit union and membership will continue to be prominently featured in the over $3.6 billion credit union's branches and brochures etc.
