CCG Catalyst has named a former Fiserv Inc. executive as a partner of the Phoenix-based consultancy.
Michael J. Langenkamp had been senior vice president of relationship management at Fiserv, where he built a team that worked with more than 350 outsourced clients on relationship management, revenue growth and expense control, CCG Catalyst said.
At CCG Catalyst, he will be responsible for business development, operations, account management, solution sales, contact expansion and negotiation, team selling and new business start up.
Langenkamp has more than 25 years of relationship management and sales experience in the financial services industry. He also is a former executive vice president of BISYS, a New Jersey- based provider of financial services outsourcing.
