A South Carolina CUSO is now offering return document (IRD) printing solutions in response to the continued consolidation of Federal Reserve Bank services.
Palmetto Cooperative Services said it is re-selling the IRD Express Pack printing solution from Rosetta Technologies of Tampa, Fla.
The package includes a MICR printer, paper and toner and allows a credit union to quickly begin printing IRDs from printable PCL files, the Irmo, S.C.-based CUSO said.
PCS said it launched the service because of the Fed's exit from the IRD printing business and consolidation to a single site in Cleveland, Ohio.
PCS said it now provides Check 21 and other operational support services to more than 400 credit unions and is owned by 26 credit unions and the South Carolina Service Corporation.
