Participants in Thursday's NCUA Town Hall will have the chance to hear from the agency's top officials about several key issues facing credit unions.
NCUA Deputy Executive Director Larry Fazio will provide a history of the problems facing corporate credit unions and the agency's efforts to resolve the problems. NCUA General Counsel Robert Fenner and Office of Corporate Credit Unions Director Scott Hunt will discuss the proposed rule regarding corporate credit unions.
Fenner will also discuss the proposed rule on community chartering.
NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz will make opening remarks and preside over the question and answer session.
