A former Fiserv Inc. vice president has been named a partner with the Phoenix-based consultancy CCG Catalyst.
Michael J. Langenkamp had been senior vice president of relationship management at Fiserv, where he built a team that worked with more than 350 outsourced clients on relationship management, revenue growth and expense control, CCG Catalyst said.
At CCG Catalyst, he will be responsible for business development, operations, account management, solution sales, contact expansion and negotiation and team selling, the firm said.
Langenkamp also is a former executive vice president of BISYS, a New Jersey- based provider of financial services outsourcing, CCG Catalyst said.
CCG Catalyst said it provides strategic guidance-including technology adoption and new business practices-for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, captive finance companies and other organizations.
