The ATMs deployed by Cardtronics on five cruise ships operated by Carnival Cruise Lines will not by fee-free to credit union members after all.
Contrary to its previous statements, the Allpoint Network clarified that while members of its participating credit unions have fee-free access to almost all the ATMs Cardtronics deploys nationwide, they would not have fee-free access to the machines on the cruise ships.
Allpoint's President Ben Psillas did not know why the cruise line machines were not allowed to be part of the Allpoint Network.
